Inis Visit
Entry level visitor system that assists receptionists and provides a professional first impression.
Upon arrival, guests register their information on a touch screen. The receptionist then calls the host for the visit and prints a visitor badge.
We also offer an advanced version in which the system is integrated with the company’s network and utilizes the company’s database with user information. In this way, the receptionist can make advance bookings, group bookings, and register and log out visitors. Evacuation lists, parking lists and visitor statistics can also be generated. If the receptionist is busy, visitors can register themselves. Everything is handled with a modern and attractive user interface.
