Inis was founded in 2005 by Nebo Raicevic, Jan Richter and Peter Collvin. Nebo was a site manager at DHL and saw the potential in making visitor management better and more efficient by implementing self-service.

With the visitor check-in system Inis Office Check-In, DHL in Helsingborg reduced its costs for running its reception at the site by more than EUR 50,000 yearly. Visitor management was improved and the receptionists were given new duties in the organization.

Since then, we’ve developed several new products and our list of satisfied customers has grown to include a number of leading international companies. Moreover, we have signed a general agreement with one of the world’s largest companies in facility management. Cost savings are still a common reason for companies choosing our solutions, but professional reception, flexible staffing, efficient resource allocation and improved level of service are at least as important.
